You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you within 10 working days.
Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given. You may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits are valid for 1 year.

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all tags attached. Please fill out our return form, which is included below.
Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order.
Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team.
Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package.
Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs outside of our acknowledgement.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. If you insured your package with ROUTE you are covered in these situations, please go directly to Route to start your claim.
